We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunitiesIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :Lead a global engineering team (2-4 people) of Electronic Engineers located in different Emerson sitesProvide leadership in technical reviews and issue resolution for the teamRefresh and improve legacy circuit designs to meet customer and industry requirementsOwn the development of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), including layout build.Ensure all designs meet relevant industrial standards for EMI / EMC, including documentation and testing for regulatory complianceSupport prototype builds and cross-discipline testing, including debugging of PCBsStrengthen Component Engineering Process to ensure proactive component obsolescence in collaboration with Supply Chain.Lead product line improvements, cost reductions, and rationalization initiativesOffer support to Manufacturing, Quality, Supply chain and vendors in technical query resolutionWho You Are :You have proven track record to guide teams in the right direction when faced with technical difficulties.
