Inside Sales Engineer Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Engineer with a technical background who wants to grow in an environment where innovation, quality and collaboration guide every project.In this role you will have the opportunity to directly follow key OEM customers and contribute to sales development by promoting the entire Danfoss Climate Solutions portfolio focused on HVAC‑R decarbonisation and efficiency. You will be supported by an application engineer and independently manage commercial activities to strengthen relationships and grow business.What You’ll Be DoingManage and develop relationships with direct OEM customers operating in HVAC‑R, ensuring a high level of service and technical‑commercial support.Monitor commercial opportunities, offers and negotiations, collaborating with the sales team to support portfolio growth and promote the Danfoss Climate Solutions portfolio.Provide consulting on Danfoss solutions, supporting customers in the selection and application of components for refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, application engineering) to ensure correct solution configuration, product availability and a smooth, coordinated customer experience.Participate in client visits and industry trade shows, contributing to the promotion of Danfoss technologies and brand positioning in the HVAC‑R market.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; focus on refrigeration and conditioning is a plus.At least two years of experience in technical‑commercial or sales support roles, preferably in medium‑level industrial contexts with international dimension, ideally in HVAC‑R.Excellent relational skills and ability to manage and fidelise customers.Ability to interpret technical needs and translate them into concrete commercial proposals.Propensity and orientation towards professional growth.Manage pipeline and opportunities through CRM systems.Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.Availability for national and international travel.What You’ll Get From UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training and access to global opportunities.Flexibility, autonomy and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected and valued for who they are.Benefits include 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance and more (varies by country and contract).Ready to make a difference?
