Per importante azienda sita nella zona di Magenta cerchiamo un Kitchen Order Entry, la risorsa selezionata si occuperà della gestione degli ordini, della revisione e ottimizzazione del processo di order entry, dell’analisi dei listini Molteni e dello sviluppo di cataloghi digitali. Si ricerchiamo preferibilmente qualcuno che abbia già esperienza operativa in negozio e si sia occupato dell’inserimento ordini di cucine.La risorsa si occuperà di:• Inserisce l’ordine nel sistema aziendale. • Controlla dettagliatamente che l’ordine sia corretto e completo con tutte le informazioni e le specifiche della cucina e segnala eventuali incongruenze e opportunità. • Sviluppa l’ordine da un punto di vista tecnico verificando le specifiche di tutti i componenti. • Nello sviluppo del preventivo si confronta con il dipartimento di Interior Design per lo sviluppo dell’ordine e per la compatibilità del progetto con le linee guida aziendali. • Controlla dettagliatamente che l’ordine sia corretto e completo con tutte le informazioni e le specifiche della cucina e segnala eventuali incongruenze e opportunità. • Durante l’elaborazione commerciale dell’ordine si occupa delle eventuali modifiche/richieste da parte del punto vendita ed aggiorna la proposta d’ordine. • Inserisce il progetto definitivo all’interno del sistema aziendale ed elabora la proposta d’ordine per il punto vendita. • Si confronta con i tecnici commerciali e con le corrispondenti commerciali per lo sviluppo degli ordini e dei progetti.Competenze richieste:• Diploma Geometra o studi affini, Laurea Triennale in Architettura o Interior Design. • Esperienza/conoscenza del settore dell’arredamento preferibilmente in showroom e punti vendita. • Preferibile la conoscenza dei programmi di configurazione cucine (Pigreco). • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access); • Spirito proattivo e con iniziativa, problem solving e flessibilità; • Forte attenzione al dettaglio, orientamento al risultato e abilità al lavoro in autonomia; • Entusiasmo, energia e passione per il settore design; • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Inquadramento da definire in base all'esperienza e inserimento in azienda.
