They focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, with a strong presence in the C&I sector.PV Project Manager • Pavia, Lombardy, ItalyResponsibilitiesCoordinate with EPC contractors during the executive design, permitting, and construction phases of PV assets.Supervise on-site activities, ensuring proper coordination between partners, contractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Verify compliance with local and national regulations, technical standards, and grid connection requirements.Liaise with clients, technical advisors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure PV assets are built in full accordance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and internal technical standards.Manage project documentation, progress reporting, and handover processes to internal stakeholders.Support and develop revamping or repowering activities of existing assets.Promote and ensure the implementation of company HSE standards and best practices.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and sharing best practices across projects.QualificationsDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil).3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the solar industry.Proficiency in MS Office and design/monitoring tools (e.g. AutoCAD, PVSyst, CMMS).Strong technical understanding of PV technology; rooftop PV experience is a plus.Knowledge of Italian C&I PV regulations.Effective planning and organizational skills.Valid driving license and availability for regular travel across Italy.Fluency in Italian and English.If the opportunity to lead impactful PV projects in Italy is of interest to you, please apply directly through the link or contact Georgia Sumnall: #J-18808-Ljbffr
