Overview Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Visual Merchandiser Coordinator based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Visual Merchandising Department.Responsibilities Embrace Company VM strategy, creating relevant guidelines accordingly in order to share the creative vision with the Regional teamsEnsure execution of all VM concepts across relevant territories in line with guidelines and timelines from HQ, through regular store visits and reportingGuarantee visual excellence and consistency in product display across all RegionsCheck and oversee the photo reports (VM reports) received from Regional teams and share feedback in order to improve the standardsUnderstand Regional needs in order to suggest strategies and local adaptations to VM ManagementPartner with Merchandising department in order to receive the necessary information for a consistent seasonal product display, in accordance with the product and image strategiesManage and coordinate the seasonal VM training to all marketsShowroom set-up and activities during Sales CampaignConstantly monitor VM KPIsWhen relevant, involvement in VM aspects of corporate, Alta Moda and special eventsManage new store openings Visual Merchandising processesBuild solid working collaboration with internal Departments (Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale, Store&Properties, Marketing etc.) to receive the necessary information for a consistent seasonal product display, in accordance with product and image strategiesQualifications Solid prior experience in a similar WW role within the luxury industryFluent EnglishAbility to both communicate and negotiate effectivelyStrong luxury feeling and contemporary insightPhotoshop and Powerpoint knowledgeLocation: Italy, Milan#J-18808-Ljbffr
