職務概要 このポジションは、食品、日用品商材を中心に担当し、担当カテゴリーの戦略構築、新製品や季節に応じた品揃えの最適化、商品企画開発、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、旬のアイテムの販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。事業の方針に基づき、担当業務を自立的に行います。職務内容詳細1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理担当商品カテゴリーの戦略構築、売上・利益目標を設定、または提案を行い、その実行プロセスを管理します。2. 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案・実施・改善販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、実行するとともに、必要に応じて改善または改善提案を行います。3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、仕入れ計画を立案し、実行します。4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとのパートナーシップの確立・強化を行います。5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画・立案・販売（対メーカー）関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、実行します。6. 社内関連部署との連携社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、マーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら各業務を遂行します。7. プロジェクトへの参画部門全体に影響を及ぼす大小さまざまなプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして貢献・実績を残します。About the team Visit Business Introduction and Employee InterviewsAmazon is striving to be Earth’s Best Employer.
