Your Mission We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Stock Administrator to join our dedicated team at Buccellati. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to gain valuable experience in the luxury jewellery sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our back-office operations, ensuring efficient stock management and contributing to the smooth running of our boutique. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support all inventory management operations, including counts, reconciliations, and stock controls.
- Assist in stock rebalancing activities to optimize product availability.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of back-office processes on SAP.
- Ensure meticulous care and organization of products within the stockroom.
- Collaborate closely with the back office team to maintain high operational standards.
- Manage and verify daily sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with administration procedures.
- Collaborate with the HQ finance team to ensure accurate processing of all transactions and invoices.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to analyze and identify problems.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Nice to have - knowledge of SAP
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English
