Operational handling of tenders in Italy in the medical device sector Elaboration and timely compilation of all relevant proposal/tender documents Communication and coordination with the responsible departments at Headquarters Review and control of all agreements/contracts (product specifications, delivery times, etc.) On site meetings at public authorities whenever needed, e.g., for preliminary market consultations Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (university, FH) in an economic or science-related field, ideally in a discipline related to healthcare Experience in public procurement is advantageous Very good process and solution-oriented way of working Strong organizational and analytical skills Fluently in Italian and English, written and spoken as well Open minded, team player, self-reliant, positive attitude and appearance Willingness to travel Your Benefits Accident Insurance Family-Friendly Flexible Hours Health Care Laptop Mobile Phone Further information Minimum Salary Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41,691.44.
