In this highly dynamic and professional environment, HSPI is looking for a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to join its Healthcare division.The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on technological and ICT change projects focused on digitization, innovation, and security for the public administration and regional healthcare system, both in Lombardy and other regions of northern and central Italy.Main responsibilitiesPlanning and supervising cloud-to-cloud and on-premises-to-cloud migration projects;Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues, ensuring that objectives are met and the service is efficient;Facilitating project activities by acting as a key point of contact between project stakeholders;Understanding customer needs and communicating requests to the work teams.Technical skills requiredKnowledge of the ITIL and / or COBIT framework (ITIL Foundation certification or similar is desirable);Knowledge of service and project management tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Sysaid);Project planning and management skills;Problem solving and risk management skills;Previous experience in information systems or IT consultingThe ideal candidate is a proactive person with good interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.EducationDiploma or degree in technical, scientific, engineering, or economics disciplines.Why choose HSPIHybridwork mode;Customized training plansandachievement of internationally recognized certifications;Opportunity to compare and share models and skills with experienced professionals in the field, in an active and challenging environment;Opportunity to experiment in an international, young and dynamic context;Direct relationship with corporate management and end customers.The level of entry and remuneration will be commensurate with the actual experience and seniority gained.Position open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198 / 2006.
