About the Role: We are happy to share that we have recurrent job opportunities for passionateEngineering Graduates , as we have been permanently recruiting talents for our positions asShift Operative Leaderbased in our plants inSouthern Italy (Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi AV or Balvano PZ) This will be thestarting pointof an exciting career in our dynamic and challengingOperations function , that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for abrilliant path in Ferrero Main Responsibilities: As aShift Operative Leader , reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas ofProduction and Human Resources management . In particular, you will support theexecution of the production , coordinating theline teamin operational activities and ensuring the presence and theoptimization of production factorson the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery). In this role, you will be responsible for thepreparation and start-up of the linesin your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his"merit plan" . Ensuring thatsafety standards(both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing theContinuous Improvement initiatives . Who we are looking for: You will bring your universityMaster's Degree background in Engineeringor equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in otherManufacturing companies . You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding ofproduction processes and interpersonal and management skills. Your desire forinternational mobilitywill be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector. As a good communicator,your fluency in both Italian and Englishwill be key to perform in our environment. As a focal point in the production process,you will work on shifts .
