Mission Mission : We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and passionate HR Italy local team, based at our office in Milan. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping and driving engagement, talent management, learning & development, DEI and organization across the Business Units and partnering with all the Business leaders of the different functions (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & HR). The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy and supporting key transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities. Role & Responsibilities As a HR Business Partner within the HR Italy team, based at our office in Milan, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting the Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the Business Unit Provide comprehensive HR support across all personnel-related matters Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Continuously review, optimize, and manage HR processes, including cross-functional initiatives Drive and support cross-departmental strategic projects Lead the execution and implementation of both operational and strategic HR projects Collaborate with external HR service providers to ensure high-quality support Prepare and deliver ad-hoc HR analytics and key performance indicator reportsProjects and process supportEngagement Plan Italy, with actions across local HR.
