Job SummaryThe client is seeking a skilled Analog RFIC Design Engineer to join their international R&D team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing analog and RF integrated circuits for optical and high-frequency communication systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize high-performance analog and RFIC blocks (e.g., TIAs, drivers, amplifiers).Analyze system requirements and define circuit-level specifications in collaboration with system engineers.Conduct schematic design, simulation, and layout support through to physical implementation.Evaluate trade-offs between performance, area, and power for different circuit solutions.Support lab validation and silicon debugging of prototypes.Share design practices and technical insights with the global team.Required QualificationsMaster's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related; PhD preferred.5+ years of hands-on experience in analog/RFIC circuit design, preferably in optical or mmWave systems.Proven expertise with Cadence tools and modern CMOS/SiGe BiCMOS technologies.Solid knowledge of high-frequency analog design techniques (low-noise, high-speed, lowpower).Tape-out and production experience in complex IC projects.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, multi-disciplinary teams.Fluent in English; willing to travel internationally as needed.If you are interested in learning more about this position, then get in touch#J-18808-Ljbffr
