In this senior role, you help client organizations navigate strategic and operational transformations within manufacturing and industrial settings. You will assess performance, design recovery plans, and lead Lean Six Sigma-enabled improvements to boost profitability and cash flow. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, support business development, and contribute to market expansion in Milan. This is an opportunity to shape turnarounds for diverse industrial clients while growing with a global advisory firm.

Responsabilità Analyze performance of underperforming divisions and units to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities
Assess operating models across manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and R&D; define recovery and improvement actions
Design and implement Lean Six Sigma and operational improvement projects to optimize processes and resources
Develop financial and operational models to enhance profitability and cash flow in the short- to mid-term
Support senior management in team coordination, project delivery, and business development activities
Requisiti fondamentali 2-3 years of experience in operations management, restructuring, or turnaround projects in industrial/manufacturing or consulting
Knowledge of operational excellence, process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
