About The Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Pastry Department in Milan, the Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the Pastry section within the hotel. The Pastry Chef de Partie reports to the Pastry Chef. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:You will be accountable to Executive Chef and Chef Patissier relating to pastry section to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings in hotel's food and beverage outlets. It is your responsibility to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings. You will supervise and co-ordinates all pastry and dessert preparation/presentation. You will plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements.
