Job DescriptionAssociate Client Engagement Manager (A&D) role at Microchip Technology Inc.Join a 17,000-member team that powers technology worldwide. We offer a culture of trust, empowerment, respect, diversity, and communication, with a focus on employee development and community.As Associate Client Engagement Manager you will be part of the South-Central Europe region Sales & Apps team covering Italy, Turkey, Greece, and Malta. The role is technical sales focused on Aerospace and Defense market segments, using consultative selling to help clients thrive.ResponsibilitiesBecome trusted advisor to clients through diligent and consistent engagement.Follow latest market trends, collaborate with partners to discover new clients and fields of play.Work with the Microchip team to develop technology solutions that accelerate client growth and reduce business risks.Create valid business reasons for new leads and early stage programs.Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry.Use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem‑solving activities.Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for Microchip solutions.Contribute within a global team to develop and implement sales strategies across client divisions and geographies.Travel, meet people, discover, develop skills; participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.Support concept development, tender responses, offers, quoting, building engagement plans, and maintaining forecasts.Build strong business acumen with an objective‑oriented mindset.Communicate effectively with product divisions, providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for client investments.Requirements & QualificationsNew graduate with strong academic record.Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Aeronautics, Automation, Business, IT, or similar.Solid understanding of electronic system architectures, digital and analog.No or initial professional experience in sales or application engineering.Good command of English and proficiency with software tools.Project management and problem‑solving skills highly recommended.Excellent communication and teamwork ability.Fluency in Italian and English; Turkish language considered an asset.Willingness to build strong business acumen.Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad (50% - 75%).Travel50% - 75%Recruitment AgenciesMicrochip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
