Milo Milano è alla ricerca di una Project & Sales Specialist da inserire nel team commerciale per supportare la crescita dell’azienda e la gestione dei principali progetti internazionali. Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, con attività di scouting e apertura di nuovi mercati. Gestione dei progetti dal brief alla conferma ordine, seguendo tutte le fasi tra offerte, preventivi, sviluppo e finalizzazione dell’ordine. Gestione degli ordini: dalla proposta commerciale al post-vendita. Coordinamento quotidiano con i reparti interni (R&D, qualità, produzione, acquisti). Preparazione e invio campioni, materiali marketing e supporto alla realizzazione dello showroom e dei cataloghi. Partecipazione a fiere, incontri commerciali e audit clienti. Monitoraggio KPI, analisi dei risultati di vendita e reporting al management. Attività commerciali pre-contrattuali e assicurazione della corretta definizione dei requisiti del cliente in conformità alle procedure aziendali e alle GMP UNI EN ISO 22716. Indispensabile esperienza in ambito commerciale / project management nel settore cosmetico. Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (scritta e parlata). Disponibilità a partecipare a fiere in Italia e all’estero.
