Industrial Designer — Filling Lines

Sidel is looking for an Industrial Designer to lead the design system for our filling lines. You will be responsible for creating modular, coherent, and production-ready design solutions emphasizing ergonomics and hygienic design. Experience in beverage/food machinery and strong CAD skills required.Your MissionResponsible for defining and evolving the look & feeland visual identity of Sidel equipment across the product portfolio. Therole focuses on ensuring a consistent, recognizable, and high-qualitymachine image across different product lines, translating brand values intocoherent design solutions. Working closely with engineering and product teams,the designer will balance aesthetic intent with technical and industrialconstraints, contributing to a strong and unified portfolio identity.Main responsibilitiesMonitormarket and competitor trends and propose aesthetic/functional innovations.Defineand develop the overall look & feel of machines across theproduct portfolioEnsurevisual and aesthetic consistency across different product lines andplatformsTranslatebrand values and design language into coherent machine designsCreateand maintain design guidelines and visual standards for theportfolioCollaboratewith engineering and product development teams to integrate design intentwith technical constraintsSupportconcept development for new machines and evolution of existing onesYour ProfileRequiredDegreein Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering with designfocus, or equivalent experience3+years of industrial design experience applied to machines or packaginglines (experience in beverage/food preferred)StrongCAD 3D skills (SolidWorks / Creo / NX / Rhino + Alias for surfacing)Knowledgeof DfM (design for manufacturing), DfA (design for assembly), ergonomics,operator usabilityBasicknowledge of food-contact & hygienic design regulations; understandingof CE certification processAbilityto work cross-functionally and influence design consistency at portfoliolevelPreferredExperiencewith Hygienic Design and materials/finishes for food industry.Prototypingexperience, 3D printing, ergonomic/usability testing.Experiencein cross-functional work on complete lines and global rollouts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
