Summary Of The Role Finance Specialist understands and, when requested, can manage key processes and mechanisms within the Finance and Accounting departments. The role is aware of broader company aspects to align and interpret business needs, collaborates across departments, and participates in cross‑departmental projects. The specialist independently designs and produces new reports and analyses to assist senior management by highlighting focus areas and required actions. Job Requirements Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Fluent in English. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with additional software such as MS Access, Tableau, or similar tools is welcome. Knowledge of ERP software and its logic. Ability to manage complexity, lead a team, and work under pressure. 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. Tasks And Responsibilities Analyze data (financial and non‑financial) to identify trends and focus areas. Create forecast models based on current and past results. Develop advanced reporting from multiple data sources. Manage processes and projects when requested. Propose process improvements or corrective plans.
