Bossini SpA, a well-established and solid Italian company operating in the faucets and shower systems industry, is strengthening its international commercial structure and is looking for an Export Area Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Management, the role will be responsible for developing international markets, expanding the distributor network and driving sustainable growth in assigned countries. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand international markets within the assigned geographical area Identify, negotiate and manage direct agents, importers and distributors Build long-term partnerships and structure effective distribution networks Achieve sales targets in terms of turnover, margins and market penetration Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the assigned area Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and commercial agreements Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing Management on commercial strategies Ensure structured sales analysis and reporting by country/market In cooperation with the Technical Department, support product training for distributors and partnersKey QualificationsKnowledge of a second language Good command of Microsoft Office Strong autonomy, strategic mindset and cross-cultural awarenessWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package with fixed + variable components Opportunity to join a solid and growing Italian company Strategic role with a direct impact on international growth Hybrid work options Company car and full working toolsJob DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: ManufacturingBossini Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
