TAS S.p.A. , multinazionale specializzata in soluzioni software per la monetica, i pagamenti, i mercati finanziari e i sistemi per l'Extended Enterprise, ricerca un/a Senior Technical Program Manager con esperienza di integrazioni all’interno di progetti complessi.Compiti e responsabilitàGestire la pianificazione complessiva degli sviluppi, definendo priorità, tempistiche e milestone ed allocare le risorse in funzione delle scadenze, delle urgenze, dei picchi di lavoro e delle competenze del teamCoordinare e supervisionare le attività dei/delle software engineer e technical analystInterfacciarsi con il cliente su temi di pianificazione, analisi tecnica, avanzamento degli sviluppi e gestione dei rilasci, gestendo eventuali escalation tecniche e funzionaliSupervisionare la gestione dei defect rilevati in fase di test utente e coordinare le attività correttive, garantendo un flusso di lavoro efficienteRichiedere ed eseguire in prima persona attività di troubleshooting tramite analisi log, query SQL o verifiche tecniche mirateCoordinare i rilasci giornalieri sugli ambienti interni e del clienteAlmeno 10 anni di esperienza come Program Manager in progetti di integrazione di elevata complessitàConoscenza del settore finance, pagamenti e sistemi transazionali enterprise con grandi volumi di dati e molteplici integrazioni con sistemi esterniPregressa esperienza nel coordinamento di team di sviluppoSolido background tecnico, con competenze su Java, Spring, Hibernate e JPAFamiliarità con log analysis, database relazionali, SQL e conoscenza di architetture enterprise, servizi di integrazione (API, Code MQ, Copy Cobol, File XML, File posizionali) e middlewareOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia in forma scritta che oraleCertificazioni PMI, ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2, TOGAFConoscenza delle metodologie di sviluppo Agile, SCRUMPrincipali abilità e attitudiniOttime capacità analitiche, organizzative, di gestione delle priorità e rispetto delle scadenzeFlessibilità, capacità di lavorare in ambienti ad alta intensità di interrupt e con frequenti richiesteProattività e attitudine al problem solvingOttime capacità comunicative e relazionaliAmbiente di lavoro stimolante e dinamicoMetodologie di lavoro AgileModalità di lavoro flessibile ed elastica e possibilità di lavorare da remotoFormazione continuaTitolo di studio : Laurea in discipline scientifiche, preferibilmente Ingegneria Informatica o GestionaleSede di Lavoro : Milano (possibilità di lavorare da remoto)Contratto : Tempo indeterminato.
