Imagine your future with us.About this roleAudible is looking for a dynamic and motivated System Development Engineer to join a growing team. If you are customer-focused with creative problem-solving skills and have experience supporting technology teams this role may be for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to impact millions of customers around the world.ResponsibilitiesProvide Infrastructure support, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and servicesWork on coding projects primarily in Java and AWS technologiesProvide Software deployment support in staging and production environmentsDevelop tools to aid operations and maintenanceProvide System and Support status reportingOwn one or more technical componentsImprove Audible's infrastructure, operational performance, and stabilityParticipate in designs, code and procedures reviewsIdentify opportunities arising from technical discussions and do the technical trade-offsTroubleshoot, research root causes and thoroughly resolve defectsDrive company wide campaigns with Support and Engineering teamsDeliver technology that addresses compliance, security and privacy risksDrive large scale technology projectsDrive pipeline automation and CI/CDAbout AudibleAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
