Entrerai a far parte di un team che considera Next.js e React non solo strumenti, ma standard di eccellenza.The Tech Challenge (Responsabilità):Next-Gen Development: Progetterai e svilupperai UI complesse sfruttando appieno il paradigma di Next.js (App Router) e i React Server Components.Type-Safe Architectures: Implementerai logiche di business robuste utilizzando TypeScript in modo sistematico, garantendo un codice manutenibile e privo di debiti tecnici.Design Systems & DX: Contribuirai alla creazione e all'evoluzione di una libreria di componenti modulari basata su Tailwind CSS e shadcn/ui, puntando alla massima riutilizzabilità.API Orchestration: Gestirai l'integrazione con ecosistemi REST/GraphQL, interfacciandoti con architetture BFF per ottimizzare il data fetching.Engineering Mindset: Parteciperai attivamente a sessioni di refactoring e debugging avanzato, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo delle performance (Web Vitals).Your Background (Requisiti):Core Skills: Solida esperienza nello sviluppo frontend con React e padronanza verticale di Next.js (fondamentale la conoscenza di SSR, CSR e routing avanzato).Modern Tooling: Expertise consolidata in TypeScript e CSS moderno (Tailwind è il nostro pane quotidiano).Problem Solving: Capacità di trasformare requisiti funzionali complessi in architetture software eleganti e performanti.Upgrade Your Profile (Nice to Have):Conoscenza di framework backend come NestJS o ambiente Node.js.Familiarità con tool di validazione dati (es.
