Overview IMS Srl, società di consulenza ingegneristica, è alla ricerca di un/unaSenior Cost Estimatorda inserire all’interno del team di Offerta, per la gestione del processo di stima economica di progetti complessi e multidisciplinari in collaborazione con una prestigiosa azienda partner General Contractor, attiva nei settori Hospitality, Office, Residential, Retail e Mix Used, principalmente per clienti privati.ResponsabilitàAnalizzare documentazione tecnica, disegni e specifiche di progetto.Preparare e presentare offerte economiche dettagliate, inclusi breakdown dei costi.Collaborare con i reparti tecnici, legali, commerciali e con i fornitori per la preparazione delle offerte.Monitorare l’andamento del mercato per aggiornare i parametri di costo e garantire offerte competitive.Partecipare a incontri di gara e negoziazioni con clienti e stakeholder.Valutare rischi economici legati ai progetti e proporre strategie per mitigarli.Supportare il team commerciale nella definizione di strategie di pricing.RequisitiNecessaria padronanza della lingua inglese a livello C1 per la gestione di comunicazioni e documentazione internazionale.Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o discipline affini.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Estimator su progetti complessi nel settore edile.Ottima conoscenza di software di stima (Excel avanzato o equivalents).Spiccate capacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio.Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.Luogo di Lavoro Milano (con possibilità di smart working).OffertaContratto di collaborazione, P.Iva o Co.Co.Co. della durata di un anno e successiva stabilizzazione presso l'azienda cliente.Orario di lavoro full time da Lunedì a Venerdì.Possibilità di lavorare su progetti di alto profilo nazionale e internazionale.Ambiente dinamico, innovativo e orientato alla crescita professionale.La selezione rispetterà i principi di diversity, equity e inclusion.
