Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join a diverse team. You will be the main contact for Italian customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires native or advanced Italian skills with English at B2 level, a flexible 24/7 rotating shift pattern, and full on-site work in Lisbon. Relocation or local housing arrangements may be provided under Plan B.
