Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter.Role Sales Assistant (M/W) from December 2025 to April 2026 inclusive.Join our exciting journey and help us create unforgettable outdoor experiences year-round.Your missions Rossignol Group is looking for a Sales Assistant to work alongside the team to support all operations of the Rossignol Boutique in Cervinia Valtur Ski Resort (AO). If you have sales experience and want to be a part of Rossignol’s new and growing retail channel, we encourage you to apply. The role supports the Store Manager in driving an innovative, exceptional customer experience, in an effort to operate sales profitably. The Sales Assistant is willing to inspire their team and colleagues. They have the ability to motivate people with a dynamic work approach.ResponsibilitiesAssist the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processesProvide an elevated customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a good knowledge of products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritageEnsure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categoriesDiscuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and bootsEstablish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at easeParticipate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standardsFoster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutionsEnsure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the businessMaintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and proceduresQualifications3+ years of retail experience including sales, rental, customer service and merchandisingWillingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidaysExcellent communication skillsFluency in English languageJoining the Group and its Rossignol brands also meansContinuing your career growth thanks to managers who care about the well-being and the development of their teams' skills, in particular through innovative projectsCommitting to cultural diversity, gender equality, and supporting the employment of people with disabilities within our companyBeing proud to work for a responsible company committed to sustainabilityEnjoying monthly commissions, annual bonus, attractive prices on our brand, and much more#J-18808-Ljbffr
