To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Solution Engineer based in Italy to join our dynamic Pan-European Solutions Team . In this role, you’ll design and deliver advanced automation solutions tailored to the needs of Italian clients. From on-site exploration and system layout design to pre-sales consultation and project support, you’ll play a key role in bringing China’s cutting-edge robotics innovation to the European market. Responsible for pre-sales solution design for AGV/AMR automation projects in Italy — including customer needs assessment, on-site exploration, data analysis, and scenario evaluation — to develop tailored technical concepts, layouts, and solution comparisons. # Prepare and deliver proposal materials such as technical documentation, layout, tender responses, and presentation materials, actively supporting project bidding and customer clarification sessions. # Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, and delivery) to ensure solution feasibility, cost alignment, and smooth handover from pre-sales to project execution. # Provide technical support during project delivery, including parameter validation, system testing, and issue resolution, while collecting customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in product and solution design. Bachelor or above degree in engineering, preferably in automation, mechanical, or logistics fields. # Over 3 years of experience in AGV or logistics automation. # Skilled at identifying customer needs and proposing solutions. # Proficient in data analysis, layout and process design; experienced with AutoCAD, 3D-CAD software and MS-office (Word/PowerPoint/Visio, etc.). # Fluent in Italy and Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus.
