Growing organically since 2015, Miodottore has reached roughly 9.6M unique patient visits and 3M bookings every month, positioning as the Italian and Global healtech operating system.How you’ll contributeReporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic financial advisor to the Italian business. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial teams, tax advisors, and external auditors, while owning budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses. This role is perfect for someone with a few years’ experience at a Consulting/Audit firm, ideally followed by exposure to a commercial finance environment, who’s looking to step into a highly visible in-house finance business partnering role. Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness to support the achievement of company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesInterface with external tax advisors and auditors, coordinating documentation and delivering clear explanations of our financialsMonitor actual performance vs. budget/forecast, identify variances, and propose corrective actionsSupport the budgeting and forecasting processes for ItalyPartner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business objectives into financial targets, KPIs, and actionable insightsSupport compliance with Italian tax legislation and corporate governance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersSupport ad hoc projects, including M&A due diligence, cost optimization initiatives, and system implementationsPromote and maintain a collaborative relationship between the Italian business and the Global Finance functions, ensuring seamless cooperation and information flowWe are looking forMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a Consulting/Audit firm and in a financial controller roleStrong technical foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelingComfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, managing multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomyProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex financial data into clear business-focused insightsHands-on experience liaising with external auditors and tax advisorsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh level of ownership, proactivity, and curiosityFluent in English and ItalianWhat we offer:Total compensation: salary range 40-50K + bonusSmartworking policy 50%, based in RomeSelection process:Phone/video screening with HRTechnical Skills TestInterview face-to-face with Head of FinanceInterview with Finance Global TeamInterview with CEO#J-18808-Ljbffr
