IT Specialist – Aman Venice Join our team in Aman Venice. Set in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the city’s eight monumental palazzos on the Grand Canal, Aman Venice embodies all that is sumptuous and sensuous about La Serenissima. Position The overall scope of the IT Specialist is to assist the Engineering department and the Hotel Team in day‑to‑day operations related to Information Technology, ensuring tasks and activities are carried out smoothly. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems. Maintain and promote Aman core technology standards as outlined in the Aman IT Core Standards. Ensure effective support for the IT systems such as Microsoft, Outlook etc. Provide direct guest support in an ultra‑luxury environment. Participate in property‑level, corporate‑initiated technology implementations. Good knowledge and support of Desktop OS and applications including patches. Assist with network support and security of hotel network and active directory maintenance. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in fields related to Information Technology. Good understanding of the technical knowledge pertaining to hotel systems and operations. A team player with good interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, conflict‑resolution and strategic‑thinking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English. Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner. Highest level of integrity and transparency. Legal right to work in Italy.BenefitsCompany uniform, laundry service and meals tickets on duty.
