Il nostro cliente, leader nella lavorazione dei metalli conto terzi, è alla ricerca di un Technical Sales Manager con background ingegneristico e comprovata esperienza commerciale nel settore metalmeccanico. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale, della gestione del portafoglio clienti e del supporto tecnico alle vendite. Responsabilità principaliGestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti nel settore delle lavorazioni meccaniche conto terzi.Analisi delle esigenze tecniche dei clienti e proposta di soluzioni personalizzate.Collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico e la produzione per la definizione delle offerte.Monitoraggio delle trattative commerciali e supporto nella fase di post-vendita.Partecipazione a fiere di settore e visite presso clienti in Italia e all'estero.Gestione di un team di venditaRequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente.Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Technical Sales Manager o simili.Provenienza da aziende di lavorazioni meccaniche conto terzi (no aziende che operano esclusivamente su commessa).Ottima conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione lamiera (taglio laser, piegatura, saldatura, stampaggio).Inglese fluente (livello C1 o superiore).Spiccate doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente e capacità di negoziazione.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un contesto industriale strutturato e in crescita.Autonomia e responsabilità in un ruolo strategico.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, commisurato all'esperienza.Formazione tecnica continua e possibilità di crescita.Sede: Bergamo (BG)
