We support over 100 product teams and, in 2025, guided the launch of 1,000+ product releases. This role is within the Contracts Data Unit—a tight-knit team of 8, including analysts, analytics engineers, and an analytics manager—now seeking a new analyst to join our team.Our mission? To measure and optimise contract-related product features for a seamless customer experience. The Contracts Unit is pivotal to Data Analytics, impacting revenue, operations, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. We prioritise collaboration across data teams and the broader business to build a scalable, consistent analytics structure that supports growth while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.DutiesIn this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to collaborate closely with Product Managers, Operations, and Development teams. You will have two big areas of focus: generate actionable insights that drive product strategy and optimize performance within Deel’s Employer of Record (EOR) and Expert Services verticals and also owning our event tracking and AB test framework.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Operations and Dev teams on different problems to create actionable insightsMonitor product and feature release performance, define baselines, success metrics and provide recommendations for optimisationDevelop/apply extensive domain knowledge in your dedicated product areas in order to proactively derive meaningful recommendations and insights that drive and inform product strategyAnalyze market data, identify customer behavior and trendsHelp design and evaluate A/B tests to improve customer journeysCreate and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your product areasDevelop user friendly dashboards and high quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision makingExplore large and complex datasets to create actionable insightsBuild data models in dbt with the support of Analytics Engineers to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areasMake intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experienceContribute to the development and growth of fellow product analysts by proactively sharing knowledge, providing mentoring, etc.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree3+ years’ experience in product analytics teamHands on experience in at least one modern BI tools (preferably Looker)Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools (mixpanel / heap / amplitude)Solid experience with Data Modelling (DBT)Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniorityExperience with Snowflake and LookML is a plusTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
