This position is a unique opportunity to apply advanced data analytics. Responsibilities You will join a growing, friendly, and dynamic team focused on Data & Analytics. You will support our Data, Analytics & AI colleagues in helping clients extract valuable insights from data, explore the art of the possible, and leverage the power of AI—including Generative AI—to drive tangible business growth. You will contribute to a data visualization project aimed at uncovering insights and supporting decision-making. You will work with cutting-edge Business Intelligence technologies and be guided by experienced professionals who will support your development and growth. You will gain exposure to real business requirements and learn how to identify the most effective solutions to achieve meaningful outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance). 2 years of relevant experience applying data science and analytics in business environments — preferably within consultancy. Proven experience in machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and model evaluation. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development. Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Competence in data collection, interpretation, analysis as well as presentation of insights to non-technical stakeholders Precision, strong numerical and logical skills Ability to manage urgency in an efficient way Ability to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus) Strong team working skills are essential Willingness to continuously learn and research Nice to Have / Additional Advantages Exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their potential applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases for data handling and analysis. Awareness of MLOps practices and tools for deploying and maintaining machine learning models. Understanding of data governance principles and privacy-aware AI development. Comfort using version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Why Join Us?
