" Italian applicants "To provide support to the Chief Representative of Italy Office in implementing international relations objectives, via the International Office, including effective, efficient, and sustainable operations of the office, management of stakeholder relations, maintaining all types of communication, and assistance with roadmap implementation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Administrative OperationsEnsure all administrative operations of the office are conducted to the highest standard, amongst other areas, to ensure all reporting procedures and processes delegated by HQ are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to all set deadlines.Manage all types of communication and support with marketing and social media outreach.Assist the full cycle implementation of project-based activities via the International Offices.Support in the organization of all business facilitation platforms, such as seminars, conferences, group discussions, roundtable, forums and others.Provide assistance to the Chief Representative of Representative Office, when and if needed.ReportingEnsure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Dubai requirements, policies and quality standards.OthersOther relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if requiredQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree in international business, Business Administration or other relevant fields2 years of progressive experience in corporate affairs, external relations in various huge organizations or businessBusiness research experienceMust have business awareness and basic knowledge about local country’s business communityFluent in English, and country languages (read, spoken, written)Excellent knowledge in MS applications.Excellent team skillsCOMPETENCIES:Communication SkillsPR ManagementEvents ManagementLocal / International Business & Trade AcumenBusiness & Trade Promotions Management.International Relations ManagementDiplomatic & International Business Protocol
