YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Are you a young professional with a legal or economic and fiscal background and do you want to grow professionally in the tax litigation sector?
Deloitte Studio Tributario e Societario, a Professional Firm dedicated to tax consulting and assistance for Italian and international companies and groups, is looking for young professionals to join the Tax Litigation Service Line in its Turin or Genoa offices.
Within the Team you will be involved in:
* Drafting of judicial acts and opinions on national and international tax law;
* Jurisprudential and doctrinal research;
* Tax defense both in judicial proceedings (before the competent authorities – such as Tax Courts, etc.) and assistance for out-of-court activities before the Revenue Agency Offices (by way of example and not exhaustive: drafting of interpelli, assistance in refund procedures, assessment with adhesion (and/or other litigation-reducing and self-protection instruments).
Furthermore, thanks to the consulting activity and continuous internal training at the Firm (training courses, periodic update meetings, possibility of collaborating on publishing activities, English courses, digital and STEM subjects courses, etc.) you will be able to develop excellent generalist skills in the field of business tax consulting, both national and international.
The place of work is Turin or Genoa, with the possibility of accessing partial remote working.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be entrusted with a proactive role and increasing responsibility in the assignments and projects in which you will be involved, with the support of the work team composed of experienced Associates and Seniors, coordinated by Deloitte Partners.
You are the talent we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:
* You have a Master's Degree in Law or Economics (LM56 or LM77);
* You wish to undertake the practice as a Lawyer or Chartered Accountant;
* You have an excellent knowledge of the English language;
* You know how to use the Office package (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
* You are motivated, determined and enjoy working in a team;
* You have a strong predisposition to problem solving.
The profile is completed by excellent communication and relational skills, organizational autonomy, initiative, flexibility and dynamism, attitude and strong motivation towards the consulting sector.
