If you want to make a difference in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, you are in the right placeWe are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to take full ownership of our Google and Meta Ads ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our growth, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our paid campaigns with a focus on high-quality lead generation and measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Campaign Management: hands-on setup, management, and scaling of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). - Setup and validation of pixels, events, and conversion tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy. - Daily monitoring of CPC, CTR, and CPA. You will pivot, adjust budgets, and refine bidding strategies based on real-time performance. - You’ll write high-converting copy and craft simple, effective assets using Canva or CapCut to keep our ads fresh and engaging. - Run constant A/B tests on audiences and hooks to fight creative fatigue. - Weekly, data-heavy reporting.Ideal Candidate:- At least 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Ability to interpret GA4 data and translate numbers into growth. - Strong copywriting skills for paid ads and basic design/video editing ability (Canva/CapCut).A practical, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently under clear KPIs. - Excellent English proficiency (fluent/native level) as we operate on a global scale.Useful Information: the position is offered on a contractual, independent basis, suitable for a self-employed professional.
