Job DescriptionSupport engineering projects that enable the company to remain competitive in the semiconductor market and meet customer expectations. Use multiple engineering support systems for semiconductor fabrication processes. Follow procedures for process route creation, product setup, lot management, and disposition. Enhance FAB capability and efficiency through tool qualification and process trials. Plan and monitor engineering activities, clearly defining ownership, priorities, and timelines based on production and development needs. Work effectively under pressure and occasionally provide online or phone support outside regular working hours. Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes; create new process modules; lead or coordinate projects. Collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D on cross‑functional initiatives. Perform failure analysis, evaluate measurements and test data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve manufacturing process margins.Candidate ProfileStrong scientific and technical background; ideal for individuals eager to deepen their knowledge of semiconductor fabrication. Ability to lead or coordinate projects aimed at reducing defects, improving process control, minimizing rework, studying process windows for new devices, qualifying new tools, evaluating consumables, and developing new processes for improved performance and reduced cost. Capable of participating in or leading intra‑ and inter‑departmental efforts to manage process crises, including containment, root‑cause investigation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.Job RequirementsMaster’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, Nanotechnologies, or related fields, with emphasis on semiconductor device physics and circuit analysis. Experience in semiconductor processing is a strong plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP) and ability to learn new software quickly.
