As aContract Manager , you will provide legal services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the organization, working closely with sales and operational colleagues and with the EMEA Legal Counsel.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeProviding professional legal support to local business and attorneys through legal research and drafting of legal and business communications.Drafting, negotiating and/or approving commercial contracts, procurement contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents within general commercial legal areas.Supporting sales teams in negotiations with commercial and government customers.Providing resolution of business or technical issues under EU regulatory and commercial laws by identifying legal solutions and recommending a course of action.To Be Successful In This Role You Will NeedBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a legal field.At least 3 years of experience supporting a sales team as a business partner.Excellent communication abilities with strong language skills – you can review and revise documents in a professional-level English.General understanding of commercial laws and commercial contracts.Ability to influence others inside the company through explanation of facts, policies and practices.A pro‑active “can‑do” attitude and strong business partner mentality, with ideas to improve processes and impact people and customers.Compliance is a core value; you will help uphold and monitor company compliance standards, proactively respond to compliance‑related questions or complaints, and always do the right thing in daily work.Driven, analytical attitude, trustworthy and authentic personality.Considered as an advantageExpertise with GDPR data privacy.Familiarity with intellectual property rights and their regulatory obligations.Any European language knowledge (Finnish, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Polish).Familiarity with Finnish construction industry standards a plus, including Rakennusurakan yleiset sopimusehdot, YSE1998.Experience from the Manufacturing or Technology industry.What can we offer you?A dynamic and internationally oriented work environment in a company with high technology products and a strong growth strategy.Modern ICT equipment, lunch and cultural/sports benefits, and comprehensive occupational health services.BenefitsCompetitive compensation.A highly influential role with outstanding learning and development opportunities.Flexible working arrangements including partial remote work.FUNFOG Hobby group.Marioff Employee Milestones.Extra paid leave for years of service.Our commitment to you We offer a dynamic and international work environment with high technology products, a strong growth strategy, and people who are passionate about fire safety.
