We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.The Role Our Product team is growing We’re looking for a dynamic and self motivated Product Manager to join our team in London. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of our Platform strategy, roadmap, and execution plan. You’ll work hand in hand with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Publishing, Engineering & other Product teams to discover their needs and build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses. Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand QiH business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful Embed yourself in the business teams, build and maintain strong relationships, create subject matter expertise and empathise with users Define clear leading metrics, continually measure them and increase KPI visibility across QiH Define opportunities to drive business outcomes across data, personalisation, content creation and operations. Aligned these with measurable KPIs and deliver them effectively Take initiatives through framing and discovery, understand risk & assumptions and build models that show business impact and value Manage the backlog and provide a steady stream of high quality work to engineering teams to deliver Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve Product delivery through effective documentation and engagement Work with internal teams to create the highest appropriate level of user experience Provide outstanding communications throughout QiH on your roadmap, priorities, releases and progress against KPIsAbout YouYou are focussed on outcomes over output Comfortable taking ownership & accountability for deliverables Possess a winning mentality and strive to make QiH succeed Build reusable processes to allow us to scale our business effectively You have a Test, Learn and Optimise mindset Data led and use it in your processes and decision making You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Have excellent written and verbal English skills Last but not least, you’ll have no ego Experience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essential What You’ll GetCompany Bonus Scheme Hybrid Working (3 days in office) Private Health Care (Bupa) Travel Insurance Market Leading Training Programme Recognition & Reward Scheme Annual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki) Regular Happy Hour / Team Lunches Free Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?
