In addition, Novelis is leading the industry with its sustainability and recycling efforts.Become part of our mission to create a sustainable world and start at our location in Pieve Emanuele as soon as possible.ResponsibilitiesYou act as a focal point for Pieve plant on the employee relations and union managementYou manage industrial relations on a national level, draft internal agreement and handle day by day activitiesYou advise business leaders on HR best practices and solutions to enhance team performance and alignment with business goalsYou develop and implement HR strategies that address business needs in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement in collaboration with the regional COEYou lead employee relations efforts and performance management processes to ensure a productive and compliant work environmentYou collaborate with leadership to manage organizational change and workforce planning effortsYou support the design and delivery of training and development programs to build organizational capabilityYou provide coaching and development support to managers and employees, fostering a high-performance cultureYou ensure HR practices align with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsQualificationsYou hold a university degree in business management, Human Resources or similar fieldYou bring several years of experience in a similar role with the focus on Industrial RelationsYou are familiar in working in a complex matrix organizationYou have a deep knowledge in labor lawStrategic thinking, analytical skills as well as strong communication skills are your strengthsFluent Italian and English skills complete your profileBenefits#timeout: Ready to fulfill your dream of traveling the world or taking an extended break? Thanks to advanced technologies, the plant is a leader in continuous casting and cold rolling, supplying plain aluminium for a wide range of applications such as Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Closures, Food and Lighting.Alongside the Pieve plant, Novelis has also built a solar park. This investment in renewable energy is an important step in Novelis’ global sustainability journey and will further decarbonize plant production.
