Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.We are looking for a Safety Support (apprenticeship contract)Location: Turin for Enlarged EuropeJob Family: Wellbeing Health & Safety (WHS)We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated engineering graduate who wishes to develop skills and gain practical experience in Wellbeing Health & Safety (WHS) within a multinational industrial context.This role will support safety performance monitoring and improvement initiatives across our European plants.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in monitoring and reporting safety performance indicators in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards;• Support data analysis to identify potential risks and propose preventive measures;• Collaborate with WHS teams on the design and implementation of safety improvement projects;• Participate in audits, inspections and workplace assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;• Contribute to the promotion of a strong safety culture by supporting communication and training initiatives.Candidate Profile:• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field);• Strong interest in Wellbeing Health & Safety, occupational risk prevention, and regulatory compliance;• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and organizational skills;• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a team-oriented environment;• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).What We Offer:• A structured apprenticeship program with mentorship and training opportunities;• Exposure to international practices and standards;• Hands-on experience in safety performance monitoring and improvement initiatives;• A collaborative environment that supports professional and personal growth.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
