Description This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking New Graduate/Master's student, interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz The position will be part of the Sales Department in Milan, where you will have the chance to work within a successful team, alongside peers always seeking to reach the next level. As an intern you will participate to our Young Talent Program  taking ownership of projects and working closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. We provide the playing field. You change the game Are you up for the challenge? In brief, you will be responsible for: Support with quantitative and qualitative analyses. Entering sales orders, applying discounts, and using SAP Extracting sales data, analyzing data with company tools Handling relationships with the buyer's assistants of key clients Assisting in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use Commercial back-office work Using IRI for sell-out data analysis Supporting in handling communications with the sell-out team for promotional activities What we expect from you: Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved) Proficient in English and Italian Good command of MS office, especially Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional Attributes Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics looking to be trained in real business life conditions. Interpersonal Skills : You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders. Confident : You’re a go getter, you’re not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance. Team player - achieving results is nice but achieving results with the team is simply the best You’re a great teammate, which means you’re sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates. Curiosity, positivity & passion : You’re curious, positive and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.
