OverviewA leading international company in the food equipment sector is seeking a Regional EU Distributors Manager. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the European distributor network, while leading a team of Export Managers and ensuring commercial growth across the region.Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Export Managers, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives. - Manage and develop the distributor network across assigned European markets, ensuring strong market presence and commercial consistency. - Define, negotiate, and monitor sales targets, business plans and growth initiatives. - Analyze market trends, distributor performance, and new business opportunities, proposing targeted strategies for expansion. - Support distributors in sales activities, marketing initiatives, product training, and after-sales processes. - Collaborate closely with internal functions (Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, Technical Service) to ensure coordinated business execution. - Prepare sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reporting. - Represent the company at trade shows, events, and during regular distributor visits. - Guarantee compliance with company commercial policies and profitability objectives.Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in B2B commercial roles managing distributor networks, with experience in leading teams (e.g., Export Managers). - Solid experience in the food equipment, machinery, professional equipment, or Ho.Re.Ca. sectors is a strong plus. - Excellent knowledge of the European market and ability to manage multicultural dynamics. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English is mandatory / Knowledge of a second European language is required, preferably German or French. - Availability to travel across Europe for approximately 40% of the time. - Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, and proactive approach.What We Offer- A stable and international business environment. - A strategic leadership role with high visibility. - The opportunity to contribute to the commercial development of the European region and to lead a growing team. - Professional growth and continuous opportunities.
