The role blends deep immigration expertise, project management, and transformational leadership to streamline processes, leverage technology, and embed continuous improvement.Delivery Model TransformationStrategy Development – Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to transform the current immigration service delivery model, aligning with business objectives.Process Re‑engineering – Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to increase productivity and quality.Technology Integration – Champion digital transformation, select and implement new technologies, automation, and case‑management software.Change Management – Lead initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new operational models, managing cultural shifts and resistance.Performance Metrics – Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to measure success of the transformation.Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to integrate new processes and systems.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent).
