Field Technical Engineer CRM - 1Year ContractJoin Abbott in this temporary contract role focused on Cardiac Rhythm Management in Lombardia, Italy.Title: Field Technical Engineer CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) – 1 year temporary contract in Italy focusing on Lombardia.Purpose of the job: The incumbent promotes Abbott CRM product lines through professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel, ensures timely response to technical queries, and reports to authorities within Abbott.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance across the national territory to sales force and physicians (implants and follow‑ups).Perform product presentations and training on product utilization to customers.Support physicians during enrolment and follow‑up phases of clinical studies.Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for additional tasks and projects.Be proactive in taking an Abbott solution‑oriented approach to customers.Promptly communicate feedback or information on supported implants/procedures.Perform booth duty when required.Ensure all Abbott standing quality procedures are followed.Produce concise market and competitor reports for Sales Force, FTE Coordinator and Regional Sales Manager.Provide marketing with competitor device information.Education & CompetenciesDegree in Engineering or equivalent.Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal.Good knowledge of MS Office.Preferable 1–2 years in similar activities (technical support).Interpersonal skills.Teamwork.Initiative.Stress resistance.Good communication.GeographyNord‑ovest, focus on Lombardia.
