Preconstruction Manager - Data Centres -  Milan, Italy  This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Preconstruction Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements. Responsibilities and Requirements:  Looking for someone who has previous construction experience (boots on the ground) but has now moved to the other side. Understands preconstruction. Bid & tender package experience. 45+ years old Permitting experience – Italian authorities / legislation would be a bonus. Background – power plant / waste water / energy from waste would be ideal CSA, Construction, Project management, stakeholder management, experience managing GC’s Must have CSA experience on larger scale projects in the millions of euros  DC experience, but oil and gas is completely fine.
