The ideal candidate is passionate about leading change, driving results, and promoting a culture of improvement.Essential FunctionsWork closely with functional leaders and actively lead, Design /Develop, Resolve team issues, coach and guide cross‑functional project teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.Serve as a technical resource for improvement teams, providing support by analyzing data, change management, project management and project implementation.Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement.Provide hands‑on team guidance, support, and coaching to all roles and functions to advance CI maturity at a sustainable pace.Provide coaching and mentoring to Green Belts.Use project management techniques to prepare, manage and support project plans; conduct phase‑gate reviews to ensure teams are successful in their project execution.Work with project teams to reduce implementation risks and ensure proper monitoring and controls mechanisms are in place before project closure.Capture and manage improvement results derived from Lean initiatives.Support peer‑to‑peer learning and best practice sharing.QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.Green Belt Certified.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification an asset.7+ years’ experience in CI.Experienced in working with cross‑organizational teams.Experience presenting to senior leadership.Preferred Additional SkillsSelf‑starter with an engaging style; solid influencing and facilitation skills who develop relationships and build a collaborative work environment.Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving and ability to train on methodology.Demonstrated working knowledge with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.Planning and time management.Develop and continuously improve development practices based on industry best practices and internal teams’ experience and learning.Ability to work effectively and facilitate functional teams of all levels.Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.Action oriented and ability to make decisions.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesDefense and Space ManufacturingLocation: Bologna, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
