Are you in?Your RoleLead project management activities for Integrated Power Modules (IPM) and Molded Modules, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to executionDevelop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans – organizing resources and controlling budgets to ensure the achievement of all operational targets and deliverablesServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external stakeholdersBuild, guide, and inspire intercultural project teams to drive collaborationDelegate tasks and define clear responsibilities within the project team, coordinating Project Managers of sub-projects and supporting team members to maximize team performanceYour ProfileA degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or equivalent field of studiesAt least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor or power electronics industry, demonstrating strong technical and commercial understandingA minimum of 4 years of proven success in project management, preferably with cross-functional or international teamsCertification in project management (IPMA Level C or equivalent)A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamStrong business acumen and a keen customer orientation, with a focus on delivering value and building lasting partnershipsFluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in English Cláudia Rodrigues, LinkedIn#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
