Join to apply for the C++ Software Engineer role at TXT GROUPWe are looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join our team dedicated to the development of multi-domain (air‑naval‑land) simulation scenarios for professional military training systems.Main responsibilitiesAnalysis of system requirements and definition of software requirements using dedicated toolsDefinition of system and software architecture using a model‑based approach (Matlab/Simulink)Design and development of software in C++ language; integration and testing of developed softwareParticipation in code review, debugging, and continuous improvementPreparation of technical specifications and documentation in Italian or EnglishManagement of documentation and software configuration with versioning toolsEssential technical requirementsExperience in software development in C++ languageKnowledge of object‑oriented programming (OOP) and design patternsKnowledge of Matlab/Simulink toolsKnowledge of versioning tools (preferably Git)Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systemsGood knowledge of English, both written and spokenOptional technical requirementsExperience in real‑time systems, simulation, or embedded developmentExperience in software testingFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and test automationAbility to draft technical documentationEducationBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fieldsWhy choose TXT GroupOpportunity for a permanent contract with compensation commensurate with experienceTraining on topics related to the activity performedCareer opportunities in a rapidly growing and evolving company, with a young and international staffTeam building activities that foster a cohesive team and a positive work environmentPosition open to candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
