The Green Recruitment Company is partnered with a leading IPP in the search for a Solar PV Project Engineer to support their rapidly expanding portfolio in Italy. With more than 10 GW in operations across Europe and offices in Latin America and the USA, this is a unique opportunity to join a market leader in clean energy transformation.Role OverviewAs a Solar PV Project Engineer, you will be a key player in the engineering, permitting, and execution of utility‑scale PV plants across Italy. From technical design and feasibility to documentation and compliance, your contributions will ensure high-performance, regulation‑aligned renewable energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize PV system designs: module layout, system sizing, electrical configuration.Perform energy yield assessments, technical feasibility studies, and layout trade‑offs.Design internal electrical lines, MV/HV substations, and overhead lines (OL/UL).Prepare full technical documentation (excluding EIA) for Sole Authorization, Grid Connection, Construction, and Commissioning.Conduct technical due diligence and support follow‑ups on grid access and connection requests.RequirementsMSc or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.Plus 5 years of experience in PV and/or wind project development and execution.Strong understanding of Italian grid regulations and authorization processes.Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, QGIS, and MS Office.Experience with Sole Authorization processes and technical documentation for grid connection.Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).Willingness to travel across project locations in Italy.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Business DevelopmentIndustriesServices for Renewable EnergyGreater Rome Metropolitan Area – 5 days ago#J-18808-Ljbffr
