Rinascente è alla ricerca di un/una Communication Manager con almeno 3 anni di esperienza matur in contesti affini al retail del lusso, fashion, beauty o lifestyle.La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo e nella gestione della comunicazione del brand, contribuendo a rafforzarne il posizionamento come punto di riferimento per l’eccellenza e la cultura contemporanea.ResponsabilitàDefinire e implementare la strategia di comunicazione integrata di Rinascente, in linea con l’identità e i valori del brandGestire la comunicazione corporate, istituzionale e di marketing, assicurando coerenza su tutti i touchpointSupervisionare la produzione dei contenuti editoriali (press release, newsletter, materiali retail, social media)Coordinare i rapporti con agenzie di comunicazione, PR, media e partner esterniGestire e amministrare i budgetGestire un team con aree di competenza differentiCollaborare con tutti i team aziendali e favorire lo scambio di informazioniSupportare il lancio di progetti speciali, collaborazioni, eventi culturali e commerciali, aperture e iniziative omnicanaleMonitorare KPI di comunicazione e predisporre report qualitativi e quantitativiGarantire il corretto utilizzo del tone of voice e dei codici propri di RinascenteRequisitiEsperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel retail del lusso o in brand premiumInglese fluente (livello C1/C2), scritto e parlato; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plusSpiccata sensibilità estetica e conoscenza delle dinamiche del lusso e del retail contemporaneoEccellenti capacità organizzative, di project management e problem solvingAttitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e orientamento ai risultatiLUOGO DI LAVORO: Milano, Via Washington 70TIPO DI CONTRATTO: tempo indeterminato#J-18808-Ljbffr
