Mangia’s Resorts is looking for an Event Manager to join the MICE department within the Operations area. The role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events in one of our prestigious properties, contributing to the creation of memorable experiences that reflect the elegance and authenticity of Italian hospitality. Event Planning & Execution: Design and manage events from concept to completion, aligned with brand standards and guest expectations. Budget Management: Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control. Anticipate and resolve challenges to guarantee seamless event delivery. Performance Analysis: Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports, including BEO, ODS, and P&L. Ensure each event reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and emotional guest connection. Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or MICE coordination within upscale or luxury hospitality. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in event documentation and reporting tools. Type of contract seasonal Accommodation available
